Pricing
Nightly Rates: $472 - $2065 (excl. fees & taxes)
Cleaning Fee: $395 per stay – This covers services by our professional cleaning team, including top to bottom cleaning and sanitization, laundry, fridge clean-outs, cabinet/drawer organization, inventory check and restocking supplies
Pet Fee: $225 per stay – We welcome up to 2 fully-house trained dogs. Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications required. Guests must follow pet rules.
Note: A 9% state tax will be added to the nightly rates, cleaning fee and pet fee.
