How much does the VA Hiring & Training program cost?
STR consulting costs vary widely in the industry — from cheap templates with no support to high-ticket programs that don't deliver. At SavvyBreezy, we don't compete on price and we don't overcharge either. We focus on practical, hands-on support that actually builds a functional team.
The DIY Starter package begins at $595. Premium and Premium Plus plans are scoped individually based on your portfolio size, number of properties, and level of support needed. Book a free discovery call to find the right fit for your situation. Do I have to use STR Super VA to source my virtual assistant? No. While STR Super VA is our recommended sourcing partner for vetted, STR-trained candidates, you are welcome to bring your own candidate from any source for the DIY and Done With You Plan. However, Premium Plus Done-For-You option is available exclusively for hosts who use Hospitable PMS and source their VA through Super STR VA. Will you help me search for VA candidates if I’m hiring directly? We do not support open-ended sourcing outside our STR Super VA partnership.
If you are hiring independently, you’ll need to bring a pre-identified candidate. We provide the structure, interview guide, evaluation forms, onboarding roadmap, and training support if you’re hiring via other sources. Do the coaching packages still apply if I hire my own VA? Absolutely. The packages don’t change — whether you source through STR Super VA or bring your own candidate. You get full access to the templates, SOP templates and coaching support outlined in your plan. What if I don’t have a candidate yet and I’m not sure how to start? Most hosts choose to begin with STR Super VA or another hiring agency because it shortens the hiring timeline and improves candidate quality.
If you prefer to hire independently, we can cover your approach, red flags, and screening strategy during the Kickoff Call so you can narrow your search efficiently. However, if this is your first VA hire, using a hiring agency like STR Super VA can save you a lot of time and stress. Can you interview candidates for me? That service is offered only through the Done-For-You VA plan.
This does not include sourcing — STR Super VA handles that — but we can help you prescreen and shortlist the top candidate(s) for you. Can you manage the VA for me once they’re hired? Ongoing personnel management isn’t included. You remain the VA’s day-to-day manager who builds close relationships with your staff, but we provide:
